One plus one is more than TWO

I mean, the fact of working in teams on a project, lets all get a lot more than her own each one of us would be able to achieve.

It is a reality. Indeed very hackneyed. But in the last two weeks has special relevance for me to see how the addition of one more person to our programming team (called Gemma) has allowed us to advance significantly beyond the combined efforts of everyone.

This brings to mind what reiterandamente whenever I have opportunity to express: Spanish companies should build more cooperation than competition. Since the first formula allows us to be more creative, eliminate duplication, share efforts and rewards.

Sound simple huh? Well, no. The Spaniard are covered by a kind of shell that prevents contact and produces inter rejection to any attempt to approach and exposure that we could consider the competition.

In our ignorance and selfishness we believe that we are better than the other. That hardly can give us something we do not know. What else do what we can replicate and even improve. That we should not talk more about the account we will NOT copy our "SUPERmodeloDEnegocioMEGArentable.com." And worst of all, how I will share my piece of pie with another? Nah, that goes Are we crazy?

Well. Put your ears up. Wolf Brother, the most voracious of which can never be known, will stay up a secret:

The market is HUGE and there is cake for everyone!

Not only in this market but in all walks of life. And the best (though you may already be more difficult to even assume) is that not only is huge, but inexhaustible.

This approach, taken to the world of business, by seeking alliances, synergies and joint interests with the entire market should be the policy of any company worth its salt.

To us, for example, collaboration with developers, financial intermediaries and specifiers of all types has allowed us to go further, and even to rethink the business model on which to operate. Making it more efficient.

Certainly, we are NOT real estate, but we work with property and that allows us to reach agreements with them. We are not a financial intermediary but we provide exquisite products and warranty returns that are attractive to many managers.

So why not work with all those who have expressed interest in working with us? This is ADD.

It's about creating something that allows you to improve your quality of life similar to amend a terrible injustice, or to avoid something good is gone. And at the same time make it profitable. Difficult eh?
