I mean, the fact of working in teams on a project, lets all get a lot more than her own each one of us would be able to achieve.

In our ignorance and selfishness we believe that we are better than the other. That hardly can give us something we do not know. What else do what we can replicate and even improve. That we should not talk more about the account we will NOT copy our "SUPERmodeloDEnegocioMEGArentable.com." And worst of all, how I will share my piece of pie with another? Nah, that goes Are we crazy?

The market is HUGE and there is cake for everyone!
Not only in this market but in all walks of life. And the best (though you may already be more difficult to even assume) is that not only is huge, but inexhaustible.
This approach, taken to the world of business, by seeking alliances, synergies and joint interests with the entire market should be the policy of any company worth its salt.
To us, for example, collaboration with developers, financial intermediaries and specifiers of all types has allowed us to go further, and even to rethink the business model on which to operate. Making it more efficient.
Certainly, we are NOT real estate, but we work with property and that allows us to reach agreements with them. We are not a financial intermediary but we provide exquisite products and warranty returns that are attractive to many managers.
So why not work with all those who have expressed interest in working with us? This is ADD.
My recommendation is always the same, to the extent that it may be possible, seek partnerships and collaboration with all those who operate in your own market and want to add. It is obvious that so we all win. Not possible, you do not worry too much.
